Mr. Bubbles
My girl friend and I were canning tomatoes in the kitchen when I caught something out of the corner of my eye moving across the living room. Both my girlfriend and I looked at each other and at the same time said, “Did you see that.” What we both saw was some sort of humanoid figure walking through the living room and straight through a wall! We both described it as semi-transparent, almost a human outline made up of what looked like “golden bubbles" (That’s the only way I can describe it.) We went into the living to investigate further when Heidi, my dog, ran up to the wall where the “apparition” passed and started barking. Just barking at a blank wall! She must have seen it too! The dog finally settled down, but lay by that wall for about an hour. We went back to canning our tomatoes when the dog started barking again! Just then all the lights in the house went off. I stumbled around and found a flashlight, and made my way outside to the fuse box. I figured we had blown a fuse. I found the fuse box and went to flip the switch, but it was in the on position. (It seemed that it wasn’t the fuse box at all…something had physically turned all the light switches in the off position simultaneously.) While I was outside I noticed an unusually bright star to the West. I looked up just in time to see it “pulse” and shoot away at an incredible speed! I'm convinced till this day that the being we saw in our house and that hovering star where connected...it was just too coincidental!
Look Mommy... a UFO
"Look Mom, there's a UFO!" I look to my right to see three lights from three different crafts. I'm thinking that they were headlights of three low flying airplanes. The first one disappears. The second one appeared larger than the other two. They appeared to be 1/2 to one mile away. Flying low like small airplanes. No noise. They gave us a little show. Hovered, went up and down, disappeared, reappeared. Stayed in this area around 20 minutes. After they went over the horizon we were treated to a "light show." They flashed like camera bulbs. (Like there were dozens of them!) Picture being at a concert or sporting event when the lights are off and everyone is taking pictures, cameras flashing. It was a bright white strobe light show. The pattern appeared to be triangular. Then the #2, the largest one reappeared. I ran in to get my high powered binoculars. What I saw was a sleek, black, shiny object, the shape was odd to be flying. No tail or wings like airplanes have. Kind of shaped like a manta ray. It looked "Hi-Tech". Two halogen white (bright) alternating, flashing lights, (from where wing tips would be if it had wings.) It seemed to be the size of Lear jet. It hovered then did a slow ascent all the way to the stars. This part took about 10 minutes. I ran in again and got my telescope. By the time I focused on it, the craft was out of our hemisphere. I watched it either "go in circles" or the lights on the bottom of it were going around it in circles. When I would do a close up of the bottom of it, it looked like "undulating plasma", when I'd zoom out, it would look like bright white light. I watched it for another 10 minutes. It was still there when I went inside. It was very interesting! I am not a "UFO" type of person (i.e. not my hobby, interest etc.) But I know this, airplanes cannot and do not do what we saw.
UFO at Deer Camp
Each year, my business partners and I meet in the remote Upper Peninsula of Michigan for deer camp at my cabin. It was 2 days before the hunting season and I decided to go up early and scout for deer and set up the camp before my partners arrived. It was near dusk when I went to set up my hunting blind and look for signs of deer in the area. My blind is elevated, overlooking a small valley and heavily forested hills. I was sitting in my well-camouflaged blind making final adjustments when I noticed something large and silver moving through the forest valley just below the treetops. My mind said it was a helicopter but it was just 500 yards away and making no noise what so ever. I could barley see it though the forest until it got to a small clearing and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It was a large titanium colored triangle with small hemisphere protruding from the bottom and some sort of long tether cord reaching down behind a small bluff. I could see this cord moving as if it was harnessing something just out of my site. I stood up in my concealed blind to see a silver-white being emerge over the hill in some sort of suit attached to the tether cord. I stood there in stunned silence…while watching this. It looked like a small child attached to an umbilical cord emanating from the hovering object. It seemed as if it was studying the ground when it suddenly it snapped its head up and looked straight in my direction with its giant black eyes. Just then…3 deer crashed through the brush almost running me over. In a panic I raced back to my cabin through the thick brush and locked the door behind me. I looked out the window and I wasn’t followed by whatever it was. I really didn’t no what to do! I sat in the corner all night with my deer rifle at the ready. I was totally freaked out! During the night the motion detection lights would keep turning on and off just outside my cabin. Each time they would come on, a terrific wave of fear would surge though my body. I made it through the night with out any sleep. I am certain that what I saw was an alien being and its craft. I didn’t tell my partners about my encounter when they finally arrived.
Camp UFO
My wife and 2 children were camping at the Battenkill sports quarters campgrounds near Cambridge NY. Myself and the 2 children aged 2 and 6 were lying on a blanket in a large field watching for shooting stars from the perseid meteor showers. Bernadette my wife was about 100ft away cleaning the site. The night was mostly clear with some clouds and a full moon.
From above the mountains in the southeast the children and I noticed an extremely large object with lights. It went behind a large cloud and then reappeared almost directly over head. It looked round and I counted 8 yellowish white lights around it, 2 almost in the middle and 1 flashing white light in the very middle.
It was moving at approx 50 mph and was approx the size of 10 jet airplanes end to end and side to side. The size was immense to say the least and it rumbled but did not have a jet engine whine as it passed over us towards Shushan, NY.
As it was coming out from the cloud I yelled to the wife and she saw it also. After it had passed I asked my 6 year old son what he thought of that big "jet" so maybe he would not be scared. He replied that "that was not a jet but a flying saucer". Another set of campers were in a tent nearby but did not see it but heard it and thought that it was thunder. We are curious as to if anybody else saw this that night or any others as it was tough to miss. I have served 19 years in the army and lived near many airfields and airports and have never seen anything like this or as large as this in the sky!
Big in Texas
LARGE UFO SPOTTED IN TEXAS: A large UFO bearing five lights was seen near the cities of Austin and Dallas in Texas. According to Peter B. Davenport, director of the National UFO Reporting Center in Seattle, his group received three calls from Texas that evening, reporting the over flights. The first call came from a man in Round Rock, Texas (population 11,812), located 40 miles (64 kilometers) north of Austin, the state capital. The eyewitness came out of his house at 8:45 p.m. on April 5 and saw "a very peculiar cluster of lights directly overhead." "The lights were of varying size...and oriented in a straight line from the caller's vantage point," the center reported. "It appeared to be at least five lights, perhaps more, and the two lights on the 'nose' and the 'tail' of the cluster were very bright, and the three lights between the two were smaller..." The witness had the UFO in view for about 10 seconds, and reported that the object passed "directly overhead, heading in a northwesterly direction." The next call came from Flower Mound, a suburb of Dallas. "Two young women were out walking, deeply engrossed in conversation, when the attention of one of the two was drawn to a strange cluster of lights overhead" at 8:50 p.m. "They reported seeing a very large cluster of five to seven individual lights overhead," the center reported. "Arranged in a slightly curving line like a gigantic pencil, tipped up at an angle." The women said the size of the cluster was "huge" and "it moved across the sky at a steady precision. Suddenly, the lights got very much brighter, then dimmed, and they then simply disappeared from view...They were walking, they believe, due north, and the object was directly ahead of them while they were watching it for one to two minutes." The third call came from a man in Lancaster (population 14,807), another suburb of Dallas. "He reported that he was standing outside, when his attention was drawn to eight lights in the sky, which were oriented in an almost straight line. He said it appeared to be the shape 'of a big wing' and the formation he estimated to be 'huge.' He said he thought the formation (was) as long as 'ten airplanes lined up (nose to tail), bigger than two football fields,' i.e. 600 feet (220 meters). (Many thanks to Peter B. Definitely not Alone!
On March 26th 1993, between Clifton & Eagar Arizona, my wife and I and our two young daughters were heading North on hwy 161. We were finishing up a long awaited vacation to see the sites in California and Arizona, Grand canon, beaches, etc. It was about dusk and we came upon several cows crossing the road. We had to come to a complete stop, a couple of the cows just stood in the road and stared at us. We even took pictures of them. They finally moved off the road and we continued driving on the deserted, winding mountain road. About 10 min. after seeing the cows my wife noticed a bright light in the sky and told me to check it out. I was awe struck. I pulled off the road, grabbed the binoculars and viewed a very LARGE UFO hovering in sky, tall disk shaped 225 ft. by 75 ft. 4 large extended landing gear legs, 25 ft. long, there was a large, black square shaped opening towards the bottom of the object, probably 25ft by 25ft. There were windows wrapping all the way around the object and lots of bright circular lights. It was just about dark but this thing was about a mile up in the sky and the sun was really lighting it up. We took a couple of pictures with our cheap 35mm. This whole experience lasted for about 15 min. After being pulled over and viewing it for about 8 min. it appeared to be getting closer and we started getting scared. The amazement of it all became overshadowed by the possibility of abduction. I had my wife get my handgun from under the backseat of our van, I checked the time and continued to drive, it slowly started moving farther away as did we, and within another 5 min. it was out of sight. We were pretty freaked out. Later that week we got the photos developed but they weren't included. I looked at the negatives and two of them were just black. I guess it was just too dark? If I would have had a good video camera at the time, I would have no doubt had the best UFO footage imaginable. I'm glad that now I can believe, and I kind of feel sorry for everyone else out there who hasn't witnessed something similar to what I saw. It is a big universe and we are definitely not alone!
Poof...They Were Gone
I was standing in my driveway in the summer of '63, pitching a softball up over my head and catching make-believe pop-ups. I was nine at the time and living with my family on the southwest side of Lansing, Michigan. On that particular afternoon my father and mother were out in the backyard--doing what, I don't recall. What I do remember that day was just how blue the sky was--not a cloud to be seen. And as I stood there, tossing my ball skyward, I noticed something else floating in the air. At first I thought I was looking at a couple of feathers drifting aimlessly toward the ground. But as I continued watching, my depth perception finally kicked in and I suddenly realized these objects weren't feathers at all. They were saucer-like in shape and varying in color (from silver to white) depending on which way they caught the sun's reflection. I also might add at this juncture that they were hovering at a height roughly estimated to be somewhere in the vicinity of 25,000 feet--the same height we've all witnessed those itty-bitty jets inch their way across the skyline, seeming to take forever to get anywhere. By contrast, these objects could not only dance around in unheard of aerodynamic maneuverings, but in a blink of a eye, could cover the distance it takes to zoom out of your peripheral vision and in an instant be straight overhead again. Fortunately I wasn't the only observer of this phenomena. I quickly hailed my parents and my sister to the driveway and for the next two to three minutes we watched in utter amazement. Then, without the slightest warning they just disappeared. One minute they were there and the next minute--POOF--they were gone. But the reason for their abrupt departure was soon realized after we spotted several jets in the distance heading in their direction.
Grave Robbers
The cemetery around a church in Virginia, have been visited by many UFO’s. In 1968, Wayne Jones and his pregnant wife Brenda, were unable to sleep, and went out to check the cattle on their farm. As they drove out of town, Brenda spotted a light that appeared to have risen from under the ground. Their interest turned into fear when the small light joined other larger lights, and approached their car. They reported a 100 foot glowing ball of orange light hanging directly above the car. They drove away, but the light followed them, eventually giving up the chase and hovering a short distance away. They woke their neighbors who also witnessed the UFO over the farm. The craft moved rapidly from place to place for 30 minutes, occasionally pausing to spout flames from it’s perimeter. A month later their daughter was born, with an orange birthmark-circle on her body.
Another local residence saw similar lights on many occasions over the following ten years- and they were always close to the cemetery. She saw a large craft hovering over the meadow between their house and the cemetery, and smaller lights rise from the ground towards it. It was suggested that the dead were abductees, and that the aliens were coming back to remove the implants. In which case it seems that most of the residents must have been abductees. Every time a new grave was dug, the lights would appear within a couple of nights.
Missing time on US-25
My girlfriend now my wife and I were in my van driving along US#25 north. When over the trees about a half mile ahead I saw a light which looked like a very bright star. I said look at that star how bright it is. Just when my girlfriend saw it ,it started to move away. then a second or two later it changed directions and seemed to be coming in our direction. We kept watching it as I drove along until it was behind the tree line and ridge. When we passed through the ridge opening cut out for the road I looked out to my left and could see the light moving behind the trees. At that point I said I'm going to over and try to see what this is. When we got out of the van we could see the light coming over the trees in the direction of the road. Here's where things start getting real. It was close enough now that I could see a shape behind the light. As it moved over top of us blue light of some kind came on in the shape of a triangle. We were just standing there looking up not saying a word. It seemed like just a second had passed when it stopped directly over us and slowly turned in the other direction. Then at about the same speed it went back over the tree line and went out of sight behind the ridge. We got back in the van and drove to my house about five mile away not saying a word. When got there my girlfriends parents were there waiting for us. Here mother was mad because she was about an hour late coming home. So I kissed her goodbye and told her parents that was sorry and it would not happen again and went inside.
I kept wondering why they thought she was late, because I thought it was only about seven or seven-thirty. So with the night still young ( I thought) I turned on the TV . This is where I got really confused. Instead of the show I was going to watch being on . the tonight show was on. So when I looked at my watch it was 11:45 p.m. Now I was feeling sleepy so went to bed and did not wake up until 3:17 the next after noon. Because I didn't have a phone I got dressed and went to my girlfriends house. All the way there I was thinking about last night and if it really happened. We still talk about it some and and after twenty years we still remember the same thing. My wife started having health problems about six years ago. About a year ago I started getting a skin rash which has turned into sores about the size of a half-dollar, which itch and ooze clear fluid . I have seen five doctors in the last year and they still don't know what it is and can't cure it. They all say I don't know what it is and send me to another doctor.
State Police & UFO's
On 13th August, 1960,near midnight, whilst driving east of Corning, California, state police officers Charles Carson and Stanley Scott saw a lighted object drop out of the sky. Fearing the imminent crash, they broke suddenly and jumped out of their car.
The object continued to fall until it reached about 100ft, at which point it suddenly reversed direction and climbed 400ft where it suddenly stopped and began to hover. Carson wrote in his official report."At this time, it was clearly visible to both of us. It was surrounded by a glow making the round or oblong object visible. At each end, or each side of the object, there were definite red lights. At times about five white lights were visible between the red lights. As we watched, the object moved again and performed aerial feats that were actually unbelievable". The two officers radioed the Tehama County Sheriff's Office and asked it to contact the nearest Air Force Base, which was Red Bluff. Radar there confirmed the object's presence. The UFO remained in view for more than two hours. During that time two deputy sheriffs and the county jailer saw it from their respective locations. According to Carson."On two occasions the object came directly towards the patrol vehicle; each time it approached, the object turned, swept the area with a huge red light. Officer Scott turned the red light on the patrol vehicle towards the object, and it immediately went away from us. We observed the object use the red beam approximately six or seven times, sweeping the sky and ground areas. The object began moving slowly in an easterly direction and we followed. We proceeded to the Vina Plains Fire Station where it was approached by a similar object from the south. It moved near the first object and both stopped, remaining in that position for some time, occasionally emitting the red beam. Finally, both objects disappeared below the eastern horizon." Carson noted, "Each time the object neared us we experienced radio interference".No explanation was ever given to this sighting.
