* Yard Shadows / Silhouettes
Spooner Creations has many yard shadows available... all at very low prices! Because our customers are diversified in their preferences... all of our Yard Shadows are available in your choice of either Black or White.

All of our products are hand cut. We do not use a lasercutter. We believe in doing it the old fashioned way with hand saws. Each piece is completely sanded to a smooth finish and most imperfections in the wood are corrected and sanded again.
All Yard Shadows are then sealed with 2 coats of primer to insure against cracking and splitting. After primed... our shadows are then painted with 2 coats of gloss exterior paint. All of our work is then sealed with 3 coats of a high-tech Polymer to protect the projects for many years in all types of weather. The final 3 coats of polymer sealing takes a minimum of 72 hours to complete. Each coat has to completely dry for 24 hours. As you can see we put a lot of work into all of our products so that you may enjoy them for many years. Even the most simple products can take up to a week to produce from start to finish.
The Yard Shadows are 1/2" thick, cut out of MDO plywood. MDO plywood is outdoor grade and smooth on one side. The Shadows are then painted on both sides with a quality outdoor black or white paint. We have hundreds of themes and choices. Our Yard Shadows are a perfect addition to any yard decor and/or business setting.
Our Yard Shadows may be staked to the ground to beautify lawns or gardens and also look fantastic when placed near or attached to trees, fences, buildings or barns. Due to the many different ways these yard shadows are used we do not include any hardware.

Carved Wood Signs and Wood Plaques. Our personalized wood signs are hand crafted and made from cedar, redwood, or pine. They are sanded smooth, stained, and finished with three coats of outdoor non-yellowing varnish. Our wood signs are created using a combination of techniques; engraving, one-stroke painting, and inlayed graphics or designs.
