All of our * Finished Yard Shadows are 1/2" thick and cut out of MDO plywood. MDO plywood is outdoor grade and smooth on one side. Each piece is completely sanded to a smooth finish and most imperfections in the wood are corrected and sanded again. All pieces are then sealed with 2 coats of primer to insure against cracking and splitting. Our shadows are then painted on both sides with 2 coats of gloss exterior paint. All of our work is then sealed with 3 coats of a high-tech Polymer to protect the projects for many years in all types of weather.
We put a lot of work into our products so that you may enjoy them for many years. Due to the many different ways these yard shadows are used we do not include any hardware.
